Shipping & Returns

Please allow 2-3 business days to process all orders for in-stock items (our ready to wear collection).

Most of our items are made-to-order and require up to 4-6 weeks to create. For quicker turnaround, please email us to request expedited manufacturing. Please note there will be a $150 rush fee for expedited orders.

In-stock items that require resizing will ship within 2-3 weeks.

We work with customers all over the world and we provide fast and secure shipping via UPS and DHL.

We offer complementary shipping on all US orders, which are shipped via UPS 2nd Day Air. Orders that need to be overnighted will incur a $50 fee.

International orders are shipped via DHL, with shipping rates calculated based on your destination country.

You will receive an email confirmation with the tracking number once your order has been shipped. Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking information to be updated in the tracking link provided.

We accept returns and exchanges for every piece in our ready to wear collection, unless otherwise noted. Items must be returned with all original paperwork (GIA certificate, if applicable) and in unworn condition within 7 days of receipt. After 7 days, all sales are final.

Returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee or 100% store credit. A $75 insured returned shipping fee will also apply. 

Custom, personalized, engraved, resized, and sale items—including rings with custom sizes, initials, or birthstones—cannot be returned or exchanged. Made to order items are considered special orders and may be subject to a 20% restocking fee if canceled or exchanged.

All international orders (outside of the US) are final sale. We are unable to accept international returns due to specific U.S. import regulations. Please note we are also not able to issue any refunds on the original duties and taxes paid by the receiver on behalf of your order. If you need to inquire about duties and taxes, please contact your local customs agency.

To initiate a return, please email info@preciouslacejewelry.com. Please note that return shipping costs are the client’s responsibility, although PLJ can facilitate providing an insured shipping label upon request. Store credit or refund will be issued once the item is received and inspected by us.

Made to order items are put into production the next business day, as such, cancellation requests must be submitted within 24 hours of order placement. Any cancellation requests after 24 hours will be considered a “return,” and all return policies will apply. 

For ready to wear pieces, if the order has not been assigned a tracking number we do not charge a restocking fee and the order will be fully refunded.

Please note that engagement rings with focal diamonds or gemstones cannot be canceled, since your stone is ordered immediately. 

We offer full refunds for canceled orders. However, please note that deposits, rush fees, and partial payments are non-refundable.

Jewelry Questions

You can get your accurate ring size in one of two ways:

  1. Visit a local professional jeweler to be sized in person.
  2. Purchase a ring sizer online in your desired width. These sizers are the same that we use in-house.

Please contact us to discuss your ring's fit. Not all rings can be resized but if your ring can be resized, we do offer ring sizing service starting at $150.

Some styles, including rings with eternity diamonds or gemstones (that go all the way around the band) or our lace rings with textured surfaces that go all the way around, cannot be resized after purchase, so be sure to confirm your ring size before ordering.

If you don’t see your ring size listed, please reach out to us. We are happy to accommodate any size through a custom order.

We stand behind the quality of our craftsmanship. All Precious Lace Jewelry pieces are covered by a 90 day limited warranty from the date of delivery. This warranty covers any manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship, such as loose stones, prong issues, or premature wear on metal finishes.

What’s Not Covered:

Damage caused by accidents, misuse, or normal wear and tear.

Loss of center stones or theft.

Tarnishing due to exposure to chemicals.

Third-party repairs or alterations (which void this warranty).

Repairs & Process:

If an issue arises within the 90 day warranty period, please contact us at info@preciouslacejewelry.com with your order number, photos of the piece, and a description of the issue. We will review your claim and guide you through the next steps. If your repair qualifies under warranty, we’ll cover the cost of the repair and shipping.

Yes, we offer custom engraving on all made to order items free of charge! Ready to wear items will incur a $75 engraving fee.

Our jewelry is manufactured in the US (Philadelphia and NYC) using recycled gold. All of our pieces are made in solid 14K and 18K gold. Our wedding rings are also offered in silver. In addition, platinum is available upon request.

All diamonds and gemstones are ethically sourced and we work with trusted suppliers to ensure responsible sourcing. All modern diamonds used in our collection are compliant with the Kimberley Process via their source, with GIA certified diamonds available upon request.

We use a wide variety of natural diamonds and gemstones in our jewelry, and most of our engagement and wedding rings can also be made with lab-grown diamonds.

Appraisals & Insurance

We do not provide appraisals, as we believe they are best conducted by independent, qualified professionals who are not involved in the sale of the jewelry. This ensures an unbiased and accurate valuation.

No, we do not provide insurance, but we always recommend you insure your jewelry to protect against loss, theft, or damage. We recommend Jeweler's Mutual for its strong reputation and ease of use.

Our shipments are fully insured while in transit, but we do not provide coverage for your purchases once they have been delivered.

International Orders

Please note that international orders may be subject to duties and taxes, which are the responsibility of the client upon delivery. If an international shipment is refused and returned, all shipping fees will be deducted from the refund amount.

Duties and taxes vary by country and may fluctuate; we recommend checking with your local courier or customs office for the most up-to-date rates at the time of delivery.
