Our Custom Order Process
1. Consultation
Start your custom jewelry journey from the comfort of your inbox. Our email consultation will allow you to collaborate directly with our designer, Yelena, to bring your vision to life. Share your ideas, sketches, or photos, and we'll guide you through every step: from stone selection to setting style, metal options, and personalized details.
We’ll help you decide what diamond shapes and gemstones best suit your preferences for your custom rings. Our custom engagement rings start at $3,000 and typically range between $5,000 and $25,000.
2. Stone Sourcing & Deposit
We require a $250 non-refundable procurement fee to begin searching for your perfect gem through our trusted network of gemstone and diamond dealers. We will present you with stone options to choose one for your custom engagement ring.
The time it takes to find your center stone for custom rings varies and may be increased for harder-to-come-by stones. Once you select your stone from our curated options, we will draft your invoice for payment.
Please note: Custom ring orders less than $4,000 will require payment in full. Orders $4,000+ may be split into two payments.
3. CAD Review & Approval
We will share CAD rendering (digital mock-ups) of your custom ring design to review and approve via email. Up to two adjustments are allowed before additional CAD fees of $250 are requested. Please ensure a speedy reply so we can begin production on your custom rings.
4. Production (4-6 weeks)
Once you approve your custom design, our jewelers will spend the next few weeks casting, polishing, and setting stones into your custom engagement ring.
5. Final Payment & Delivery
We will reach out to you once your custom ring is ready and you’ll be invoiced for the remaining balance. After your final payment is made, we will have your custom engagement ring shipped.
