We want you to love your PreciousMAHJ purchase! If you are not completely satisfied, we're here to help.
Returns
We accept returns within 7 days of delivery. To be eligible, items must be unused, in their original condition, and returned in the original packaging.
To start a return, contact us at info@preciouslacejewelry.com with your order number. We'll provide return instructions. Items sent back without first requesting a return may not be accepted.
Non-Returnable Items
The following cannot be returned:
- Sale or final-sale items
- Used items
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of approval. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5 business days. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take additional time for the refund to appear.
Return Shipping
We will provide a prepaid return label for items that are being returned in their unused original state and packaging.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us at info@preciouslacejewelry.com within 7 days of delivery with photos. We'll arrange a replacement or full refund, at no cost to you.
Exchanges
The fastest way to exchange an item is to return the original (per the policy above) and place a new order.
Craftsmanship & Materials
PreciousMAHJ products are crafted with care and made using artisanal methods. As a result, slight variations in color, finish, or pattern may occur from one piece to the next.
These distinctions are not considered defects and are not eligible for return.

Cancellations
If you need to cancel your open order, please get in touch with us as soon as possible. Email us at info@preciouslacejewelry.com.
Preorder items cannot be cancelled once the order is placed, regardless of production delays.
